Not too notch but reflects the price. Clean hotel but needs upgrades
Great place to stay
Enjoyed the people at this Sleep Inn!
Super friendly and informative!
Awesome rates .... rooomy rooms .... awesome balcony .... awesome fireplace.
Front desk guy was very nice. The girl tending the breakfast bar could use some people skills. Othe wise..all was good 👍
It was a bit off the Main Parkway we don't mind walking
Friendly host, clean parking lot, clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hallway to room could use an update.
The size of the room a good. It was clean and services was good. It was the basic warm breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, maybe cereal. I did get bit by something shortly after I got there, not bedbugs. When I addressed it to the manager the next morning, he brushed it off like it was a mosquito. They are not out this time of the year. That was the only issue.
location was convenient to the park and downtown
rooms were clean
We were there at the end of October and it was fairly cold outside. This hotel not only has an indoor pool and hot tub, but an indoor lazy river! Something for everyone!! Hot breakfast, comfortable beds and balconies! Large rooms as well!
Room was great, Staff was friendly!
The place was okay. The rooms were decent. The motel overall was pretty dirty. It did have a pool & lazy river but we didn't use it.
Great parking, clean rooms, comfy beds, no bugs, loved our door to patio, it was like a mini home with front door, fire place, jacuzzi & quite room
We were very pleased with our stay here. Heron was kind and helpful at the front desk. Martha was friendly and thorough when cleaning our rooms. Our rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. There is a trolley stop right outside of the hotel, so you can ride it downtown. The pizza place next door has great food!
The lazy river, hot tub, pool was amazing every thing clean and close to everything! Also hot breakfast and coffee the only down fall no dressers for clothing
Loved our room ,w/fireplace ,whirlpool tub ,stoop on the street and pizza place next door. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Pool was great.
Amazing stay thankyou so much. Great staff clean rooms
Fall break with the family and this hotel was perfect t with friendly helpful staff ! I read the reviews and all I can say they must of been left by all the “ Karens” yea the hotel is older but if it’s the budget you’re needing and a indoor clean pool , lazy River for the kids & hot tub for the parents at the end of the day this was perfect and the beds were very comfy , ice machine worked , keep in mind the pandemic has effected all Business which is out of their control ! Our family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay !
Just need to replace the carpet overall
Desk crew were great. Location was perfect for us. Trip was special.
I was extremely pleased with my stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome jacuzzi tub, pool area clean. No complaints about anything!
The only thing that bothered me was a sack of trash sat by the elevator for two days. Staff was pleasant and rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was more than expected.
Room was clean and comfortable. Does need some updating as carpet was worn and stained in places in the room and the hallways. Our airconditioner did not get very cool so we were really glad we had brought along a small fan.
Would definitely recommend
Room very clean and fresh looking
Loved the stay when we went to Gatlinburg..pool spa and lazy river was great
This hotel is in a very convenient location and walking distance to almost everything Gatlinburg. The front desk people were very nice, friendly and helpful. I just wished the rooms were cleaner. Carpet and lobby furniture needs replacing badly. Beds were clean and very comfortable.
1st floor is a little warm and muggy but thats where the pool is....the front desk ppl were nice and helpful..... clean rooms
Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, and absolutely loved the no housekeeping everyday. But the furniture and carpet is older than the hills, the bed was marginal. And no snack shop down I'm the lobby
This hotel was off Parkway so it was easy to access. The rate was much lower than those on Parkway and it was still an easy walk to Parkway. Breakfast was adequate and pool was open. Good room size.
The Sleep Inn was very accommodating with a well-stocked continental breakfast, a pool within a sunroom, and clean and updated place to spend the night. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and also near the turnoff for Pigeon Forge.
It was clean stuff was friendly. Bed was OK pillows was small. There was little issues like you need to get a key replaced every time.
Very accommodating ! Great staff
Clean, nice staff, and much nicer rooms than more expensive hotels I have stayed at.
The building and lobby definitely need renovated, but the staff was friendly.
Many years since Sleep Inn was built we have been staying here every year on our vacation.
The staff is the best and Mikey the owner is awesome. He cares about all the folks that visit and his staff followers his lead.
I can only speak for our experience and every year it’s the best and I would recommend Sleep Inn Gatlinburg to anyone and also the location is perfect...
average room in a tourist town
Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was great. Easy (but not short) walk to the strip and easy to head out of town on East Parkway to Ramsey Cascades trail. Parking is expensive in town so saves a lot being able to walk. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Decent breakfast including some hot items. Only real issue is that the hall carpets are not being cleaned. Not swept once in 4 days and quite soiled. Probably can't hire enough help to keep up with everything thanks to COVID. Would stay here again.
Room was on the smaller side, but plenty of room for two. We loved the fact that it was just a short walk to downtown but not in the middle of all the crowds! We also loved the balcony that opened up to the street. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast and the lady that worked that area was extremely hospitable. Would stay again.
Room was clean. Pool is not outside which I am sure is great in winter. Really enjoyed the small balcony off of our room.
We enjoyed the facility, including the indoor pools. We loved having a jacuzzi in the room, but it was too hot for the fireplace. The breakfast was a little lame, with no bread or fresh fruit at all, and the same items day after day, but this is always a roll of the dice with Sleep Inns. The staff did a good job keeping what they did have restocked. The hotel is very close to downtown, which was nice, and the staff was great, very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, and would go back there, without a doubt.
Great stay loved it
Great location , jacuzzi tub, and a fire place !!! Nice staff . Just a very pleasant stay . An easy walk to the Main Street of Gatlinburg .
It had a nice hot tub - a very big plus for us, a nice lazy river and heated pool. The hot breakfast was good. The room was great - very clean and bed was comfy. The trolley stopped for us just right by hotel but we also walked to town and it wasn't too far - i just didn't bring great walking shoes.
I definitely recommend this budget friendly nice clean hotel with very friendly staff.
Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was delightful. Pool was very cold but hot tub was very hot
Fantastic staff! Extremely kind and hospitable!
Fairly comfortable room that appears to have been renovated recently. The room was a bit small for more than one or two people. The property had an on site parking garage that was quite narrow for a larger vehicle but it was great that I didn't have to pay for parking. The major issue I noticed is that the hotel hallways and elevator smelled of pot smoke but that's Gatlinburg in general so I overlooked it.
Me and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon and the service was GREAT!! The staff and rooms were amazing. Will be coming back!! Definitely suggest coming here!!
We checked in with ease. The hotel was in a great location! It was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was always super friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend to anyone, especially with children! We had two kids age 6 and 9 with us and they loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub!
Great place to stay. Right in downtown Gatlinburg. Friendly staff great customer service.
Despite reading some of the negative reviews on google and on the choice hotel app I decided to book this hotel for a weekday getaway last night , needless to say the hotel was great!! I got a jacuzzi suite on the top floor, had great views nice and quiet room, everything worked rooms were clean staff was friendly, jacuzzi was super hot, fire place had the room nice and toasty. Definitely will be going back and strongly recommend!! The tv was a bit small for the suite apart from that it would of gotten an easy five stars.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful.
Great location and easy access!
It’s right off the main strip so it’s really quiet which is lovely. They went the extra mile for Valentine’s Day with a rose and chocolate bar on the bed which was a fun touch. It’s not spotless but the linens were clean and so was the bathroom. it is a great value and a great location. I would recommend to stay here.
Staff was friendly and location is good. 10-15 min walking distance to the Parkway. Our room (610) gets 3 stars for cleanliness.
Nice hotel, great room, affordable
King suite was very clean. Friendly staff.. Pool was too chilly for me. Hot tub closed due to covid. No breakfast due to covid. But the room was amazing, jacuzzi was relaxing, clean bathroom. Fireplace was a great feature! The walk to the main strip was doable, but would be hard on kids or elderly. Great price, great stay!
Staff and rooms great and the inside pool was a plus
Was clean and comfy. Would stay again
Room is very comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing
Room was clean, employees were friendly, and the hotel in right next to the strip.
Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Booked a room same day and got right in.
We had a great time in Gatlinburg! We loved the Mexican restaurant with the view, not far from hotel. My kids loved the indoor heated pool & lazy River. Traffic is heavy during the weekend but not so much during the week. It was cheaper to park on a side road & walk than to pay $20 to park. Gatlinburg was so beautiful with Christmas lights at night! We will stay again at Sleep Inn!
Great for the price and location!
We booked same day on New Years and they had a room available!! Good location as we were able to walk to city center within just a few minutes. The pool was great, rooms were clean and parking was simple. Friendly service when we checked in too!
No breakfast at this time, with COVID19, but they did have coffee and juice available 24/7.
I loved it. Awesome pool and great service!
Daniel was by far the best choice hotel employee I've ever met! He went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had a great stay! Thank you Daniel!
Had a wonderful romantic trip and stay. Rooms are very clean and just like the pics online. Loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace 🎄♥️
We had an amazing stay, rooms were comfortable and affordable. It’s was a couples trip but we definitely be back with the kids.
Very nice room and clean. Desk was very helpful
We like the location and the people they are very friendly
It was a fun vacation having the hotel so close to downtown was the best part we were able to walk downtown as many times as we wished without having to worry about finding parking or paying the parking fee. Hotel was cozy clean and quiet.
5 minute walk to the Aquarium...Very conveniently located for a family trip to Gatlinburg. Clean rooms plus indoor heated pool, lazy river, and hot tub.
Had a great stay i definitely recomend this one
Safe, reasonably priced, getaway to the Smoky Mountains.
Just long walk to the strip but super nice
Everything was expected.
Very clean, very comfortable bedding! Staff was friendly and helpful. The big swimming pool was too cold, but the lazy river was great, along with the hot tub! There is plenty of parking, but can get congested by the front door of people blocking you to get through as they are checking in or out. Near a trolley stop. Convenient area away from the strip traffic. The views are nothing special, but have balcony access for smoking or checking on weather. There are no dressers to put clothes in, but there is a microwave and fridge, and a closet space to hang clothes. Wifi worked well. Absolutely no issues which helped make our stay pleasant.
They were very helpful and getting my daughter a room set up. Not very many in the area Were is willing to go as far as they did to help my daughter out
The hotel was very clean and quite. The location was good for being able to walk thru downtown Gatlinburg
Checkin and checkout were easy and quick
Good location and convenient.
We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff.
Clean room. GREAT service!
This Sleep Inn is in a great location. Being on East Parkway meant we could avoid the terrible traffic on the main parkway and the backroads routes were beautiful in October. We were close to great restaurants - The Alamo and Flapjacks - and we could sit on the balcony for mountain view. We stayed in a King suite. It was spacious with plenty of seating and fireplace and it had a larger sized refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is: terrible pillows! We were impressed with the indoor pool and lazy river and they don't price gouge for drinks from the vending machines. Helpful, friendly staff. Great stay!
Clean room with comfortable bed and quality blankets etc. Jetted tub was clean and appreciated, we used it every day. Friendly front desk staff
Great room for a good value. Can’t beat the location. Good place to get out of the traffic and go around if you want to go to pigeon forge. Was very happy with our stay.
This hotel is in the perfect location in Gatlinburg. You’ll get morning views of the mountains. Nice size balcony to get fresh air. Right down the hill is the strip where majority of the attractions, restaurants and shops are. I gave the room three stars because of cleanliness. The mirrors around the jacuzzi had hand prints all over displaying the “fun” the previous occupants had. We ended up cleaning it ourselves and did a thorough cleaning of the jacuzzi as well. Everything else was as expected. I would recommend this hotel.
Everything was pretty good. Except the pool felt like it was about 60 degrees. The indoor heated pool was way too cold to use.
Nice helpful staff. Walking distance to downtown. Room and furniture slightly dated but overall a nice place to stay. We will be back.
I am exceptionally content with my room this evening! I have a king suite with a a fire-place and a gallery sitting above the road. The bed is comfortable, the cushions are delicate, the room is perfect, it has an indoor salt water pool and what-not.
Loved my stay. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.
Room was very clean and well kept.
The guy that checked us in was nice and helpful. The room for the most part was clean other than a jug of tea was left in the fridge from the guest before us but we were only staying two nights and not using the fridge so I was not too worried. I checked the rest of the room after finding that and it was clean. The bed was soft and made for a good night sleep. For the time we were in the room it worked for our needs.
Very friendly and clean
Due to change in business needs had a chance to stay in Gatlinburg. During this pandemic. Got a very good rate on room..last minute. Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Will stay again. Will recommend this unit.
Room was awesome. No room service due to Covid-19 but knew ahead of time. Perfect location
One evening we were chatting with Mikey who is a manager at the resort. We wanted to compliment him on the cleanliness and great atmosphere of the resort. He was so nice and gave us so much information about the resort and questions my wife had about the decor and scent in the lobby. We loved it here and miss it already
The kids had a great time in the pool, lazy river and hot tub. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was hot every morning. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was friendly!!!
Rooms are comfortable, staff is awesome and location is perfect.
Linda Wilson was extremely helpful in arranging our rooms & conference room. This is the 3rd year she has been my contact person, does an exceptional
Job, & is a tremendous asset to Slerp ain’t. The entire front desk staff were great. Will definitely visit again with our group, or family.
Quick weekend getaway. Enjoyed our stay. Great value, reasonable priced accommodations, very close to attractions.
We stopped in Gatlinburg for an overnight stay on our way back to Atlanta. We selected Sleep Inn and was pleasantly surprised by this excellent property. The location was great, the price was reasonable, the room was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good. We visit Gatlinburg about twice a year and this was the first time we stayed at this location. From this experience, we will definitely stay here again.
Clean , friendly, comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool.
Hotel was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Daniel was awesome and very helpful.
I was a little concerned because I did one of those Price Line deals and didn't know what I was getting. The images I saw online after I booked the room weren't great. I was thinking, "What have I gotten myself into?!". The staff was great! The hotel itself looked good in person. The rooms were more updated than the pictures I saw. The pool area was so much fun! The building and pool area are aged but they have done good with what seems like renovations.
My families weekend trip was a amazing and the stay at the sleep in was very pleasing! The staff and hotel in general was very kind to us and we will be staying again!
had a great time at the motel. enjoy the morining breakfast
We had a wonderful stay, thanks for making this right and allowing us another opportunity for us to retry choice hotels.
Everything went really well. Thanks to all the staff!
Room was very comfortable. Great breakfast. Didn't use the pool but it looked relaxing. Staff was excellent.
The room was far better than we expected, service was W-9plus, couldn't ask for better😎
Very nice pool and hot tub
Nice place to stay and would do it again
Great location to everything "Gatlinburg". No need to get back in the car once you park it. The staff was so nice and the bed was extra comfy. The hotel is a little out dated but $300 for 3 nights on Valentine's weekend was well worth the money!! I would stay there again.
The room was newly renovated, clean and right in the mountains, quiet, views were great
A sudden trip to E TN that I figured would be a hassle was made most pleasant by our rooming accommodations.
Quite, great location for our mtn visit.
We come to Gatlinburg every year for our anniversary. Sleep Inn was awesome, indoor heated pool and indoor lazy river. Room was remodeled and very nice.
Great hotel for the price!
Our room was as pictured online. The location was great, even on the really cold days we were still able to walk to downtown in minutes yet were away from all the craziness of downtown.
Everything was really nice ... rooms, staff, breakfast
The hotel was clean with friendly staff loved the hot tub.
Very helpful staff . Great corporate rates .
Always have a great stay when in Gatlinburg. Service is spectacular too. Love the bedding.
My Family was welcomed and felt comfortable during our stay !! Thank you for helping to make such a memorable trip!!
Close to everything, but out of the congested streets.
This hotel is in a great location, roomy, neat and clean. Balcony was a nice plus. We were walking distance to the attractions in Gatlinburg and just 30 min to Pigeon Forge. We walked to the Space Needle to see the NYE fireworks. I will stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, front desk was nice & helpful, pool was clean, and the location was great. We could walk to the strip in Gatlinburg from our hotel which saved a few bucks for parking. Only bad thing is that Gatlinburg was very crowded on New Years so it took a while to get to the hotel.
Beds are comfortable. What we didn't like about it was the suite we got had a fireplace and a jacuzzi however the fireplace is on the other side of the sofa so you couldn't see it. So there wasn't a point in getting a room with a fireplace if you cant see it.
To our surprise. This hotel was was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again with our family.
Un excelente lugar para descansar donde los niños también pueden disfrutar.
the only complaint was WiFi and breakfast.
We needed to be in Gatlinburg for a business meeting. The room was great and was clean. The management was attentive to needs. The hotel was full so the breakfast bar was very active but the food was replenished as needed.
Close enough to walk to everything, clean rooms, great breakfast, great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again when I return. Oh and the jacuzzi room was the only way to go.
We stayed four nights. Overall I was satisfied. The hotel could improve the breakfast a little. There weren't any small milk cartons for a bowl of cereal. There weren't any bagels or muffins, either. Also, before the last night of our stay, the maid service was almost non-existent. the beds were made, that's it. No new soap or shampoo. The toilet wasn't cleaned (I'll spare the details about being sick the night before).
About my stay in Gatlinburg
Rooms was clean fast friendly service during check in breakfast was good only problem I seen was not the best water pressure in the shower
This is my 3rd time staying here and it is exactly what I expected...Clean room great service awesome breakfast and priced right...recommend the suite over a regular room its worth the extra 10 dollars or so... Hot tub, balcony, fire place, king size bed...
Enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. Our shower had large cracks in the wall and looked as if they would fall off wall. Shower made a constant high pitch noise when in use. Weak water pressure. Our second time staying here. Will stay here again.
It was a good stay, but the location was not ideal. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, the floors needed to be cleaned better and there was dust, etc in the corners. But overall it was good.
Great weekend all around!
Close to downtown..walking distance. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!
Service was good, room was very clean. Walking distance from the hotel to the strip is about 15 to 20 mins. Only thing that could be better are the pillows, they are abnormally small, and the bed is pretty firm. We stayed only one night. Two to three days is probably all I would want if I was staying at this hotel. We were just passing through the area and for our short stay it was perfect being we weren't wanting to spend a lot on a room.
My only complaint was that we were on the bottom floor in a room with a jacuzzi and fire place. The main drain for the toilets came through the wall in our room and was very loud.. the room service storage is also on this floor at around 7:30 they started yelling at each other and talking very loudly while getting their carts ready. Other than that, the bed slept great and the front desk staff was very nice. Location was great for walking into town. Took us around 15 minutes to walk to the attractions down town!
A good experience. Always have had a great experience in the Smoky Mountains, and Choice Hotels are a big part of that. If, and when, we go back, I know that we will depend on Choice Hotels to take good care of us.
Staff were nice. The room was clean and attractive. Nice pool area. Good variety at breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
Nice clean rooms quiet location off the Parkway. Would definitely consider this hotel next trip to the Smokies.
A delightful Sleep Inn with a friendly, Professional Staff. Its on the fringes of uptown Gatlinburg but in walking distance of the Aquarium and the other major attractions.
Quiet, clean, restful, convenient
Our second stay this year at this hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location
I use Choice Hotels often which is occasionally Sleep Inn. I found this room to be the best I've ever had at a Sleep Inn. The price was very competitive during a busy time in the area. Clean, quiet, friendly check in and out. Eggs & sausage available for breakfast. Will definitely be back.
Gatlinburg is a great place to visit during fall break. Fall decorations are awesome!
The hotel was not great but affordable and in my opinion it needs some TLC. Rooms were clean with no bugs. Continental breakfast was the same every day.
Our room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The updated bathroom with the lights and fixtures was nice, Shortly after getting into our room the front desk called to make sure everything was ok and asked if anything was needed.
It’s located at the beginning of the strip, which was good but up a good size hill which was not so good when you head back a bit buzzed up, lol. The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was nice. The lobby was clean, breakfast was ok having luggage carts was awesome! The water pressure is low and the tub drain was slow. All in all a nice place for a nice price
Beds were comfortable. Carpets were stained
If I go back to Gatlinburg again, I would definitely stay here. Check in was quick and Daniel was so friendly. I accidently booked a single queen side bed vs. two queen beds and he was able to able to fix the problem quickly. He gave us suggestions on where to hike to see waterfalls. This hotel is close by the Sky Bridge.
We have been staying here for years, and have never disappointed.
The refrigerator made noise, but overall it was a great stay!
We have stayed here many times after spending our honeymoon here 12 yrs ago and like always they didnt disappoint. Breakfast could of had bacon some days but staff were kind and room was nice. The sweet girl that took care of breakfast worked so hard to keep everyone happy and everything full(very impressive).
Everything was Prefect!!!
Enjoyed our room even tho it was a short stay. We always get the suite. . love it, this time the jacuzzi was not working properly but made the best of our stay (room 406) . . also beer caps left on balcony . . maybe sups need to ck rooms before letting it be stayed in.
Nice room, comfortable bed, nice pool area
One of the Best Trips And Stays We Ever Had . Highly Recommended This Hotel.very Clean. Great Pool.A Great Staff.
I was happy with the stay. Everything was well taken care of. And friendly staff
Friendly folks, nice clean room and great pool area with hot tub and lazy river.
Comfortable hotel with plenty of room, clean and nice location
Front staff was very helpful. We were very pleased with the service they gave us. The rooms were spacious and very adequate for our stay. The small lazy river gave us a nice break for a bit. Breakfast is basic but have had much worse elsewhere.
Hotel is well within walking distance to the main area. Staff is friendly & knowable: The front desk clerk Daniel was excellent, he made me fell like & old friend not just a customer. My 6th floor room with balcony & jacuzzi tub had a good view, was clean & spacious. The hotel has an indoor pool which has cool lights at night, a lazy river for the kids or kid at heart & a whirlpool which is a lifesaver if you have a bad back.
The staff was outstanding! They were so friendly and accommodating. Any questions we asked were answered quickly with professionalism and at the same with the southern charm and politeness that we've come to enjoy in the south.
Wonderful device! We had a problem in our room but was fixed immediately and everyone was very helpful and courteous. The housekeeper was so sweet and very good. Would recommend and I will be back!
My son and I went to the Smoky Mountains before he returned to college. The Sleep Inn has a great location in Gatlinburg. The outside does not really do it justice, as it is an older building. The people were very nice, the place was CLEAN, the free breakfast was good, and the room was perfect. The beds were huge and comfortable. There was also a little balcony outside the room facing the street and a nice view. We paid a little over 118 a night. It was perfect, not a resort, but perfect for us. We plan on staying there when we go back!
Staff was very nice. The room was small but was nice.
Decided to make a last minute trip to get away. Staff was wonderful. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Only downside corporate decided to do computer work on a Friday afternoon that held up our check in for a while.
Great service and great location! Clean, comfortable beds for a good nights sleep! Would stay here again!
The manager, Daniel, went out of his way to help us find the right room at the right price.
We had a great stay, very, very nice! If we're ever in the area we'll stay here!
The hotel was older but the room was updated and very big!! We had a fire place, a jacuzzi tub and a balcony. Breakfast was great as well.
The best pool/lazy river area! Not crowded!
Exceeded our expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Great location and my daughter loved the pool and lazy river. Breakfast had something for all of us. Definitely will return on our next trip to the smoky mountains.
Nice and clean
The room was clean, the jacuzzi was nice. It was cozy and the staff was friendly. Easy check in and customer service was on point.
I am so pleased with our room. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The WiFi was fast!
This is a decent hotel for the money. The room was quite large and the bed was VERY comfortable. The pool and "spa" and lazy river are really very small. Only two people can really be in the lazy river. We were able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg with no trouble so we didn't have to drive and park, which was nice.
Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, close to main street.
This hotel sits a little off the main drag, but has a trolley stop right out the front door. It is an older hotel, but seems to have updated furniture and rooms. Our room was 2 queen beds, had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very worth what we paid for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had a little bit of everything from eggs and sausage to cereal. The pool was nice as well as the lazy river and hot tub. It is not a 5 star hotel, but for the price and accommodations it was a great deal.
Sleep Inn on Route 321 Gatlinburg Tennessee employees very friendly rooms clean & continental breakfast great.
This stay was all about “running away” from the daily stresses of life and relaxing with
My husband! From the gentleman at the desk who was very helpful and friendly to the nice pool to our clean room and comfy bed - we were not disappointed! The only issue we have with Choice Hotels is the breakfast and they have been lacking in almost every one we haves stayed in!
The location and price for this room was great! We were within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and close to the park. The pool was not as big as it seems in the pictures, but it was never crowded when we used it. The parking lot is very tight, but we didn't have any problems with that either. The maid didn't replace coffee cups when we used them and didn't thoroughly sweep. We talked to the manager about that. Breakfast is the same selection of breads, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cereal, coffee, and tea everyday. We chose to eat out for breakfast a couple of days. If we return to Gatlinburg, we will try to book a room there again.
Decent hotel, It was located not to far from the Gatlinburg strip which was nice. It was fairly clean but was an older hotel. I would stay there again for the price I paid. Its a 3-star hotel.
It's not the Marriott Marquis. Don't expect that.
But do expect a clean, comfortable place to sleep. It's a couple of blocks off the northern end of Gatlinburg (uphill) and Gatlinburg is one of those towns where everywhere you park that isn't your hotel will bang you for $10. But for this you get a better deal than some of the more-convenient locations; it's nicer and somewhat less-expensive.
This has turned into my "go to" place when visiting Gatlinburg specifically. If I had to find a complaint it would be that the breakfast area is small (and can be full in the mornings) and they don't turn on the room A/C before you get there (some places do) so there is an occasional slight musty smell in the room until you turn the unit on. Not a big deal. Housekeeping is good, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the beds comfortable.
If you want RIGHT ON the strip in Gatlinburg, this isn't it. It's off the main drag on the north end by about 2 blocks. With that said -- clean, comfortable, everything works and reasonably priced. This is my second stay here in the last month; the only complaints I could lodge is that the rooms can smell a bit musty when you first get in them (turn the A/C and all is well) and the breakfast area is small.
You can pay more and get less in Gatlinburg, so walk the extra block; it's good for you. For the money this is one of my top places to stay in town.
Nice hotel, a little off main strip but easily in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Clean room. Would stay here again.
Close to town not to close for traffic.
Great place to view the 4th of July Fireworks... Front Desk was courteous and very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg and would recommend the Sleep Inn to our friends and family. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!!
We had a great time during our stay at the Sleep Inn Gatlinburg. Great location. Right at the end/beginning of all the action, yet far away enough from all the noise. Never had a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. We must say that the best part of our stay was the evening front desk clerk, Daniel. Daniel was just beyond amazing, and is someone who actually loves his job. Whatever questions or issues we had, Daniel was quick to help and even offer suggestions for different things to do, places to visit & restaurants to check out. You have an excellent employee in Daniel. Take care of him well. We expect to see him on our next visit.
The only knock I had about Sleep Inn is the sheets when I first got there... Someone change my room location without informing us and the water pressure other than that I'd stay again. The night crew was very pleasant the day and evening shifts pleasant and helpful.
Had a great time. Second time at this hotel. Will keep coming back.
Located within walking distance from down town and at the beginning of the Midnight parade on July 4 at 0001, Fire works are also visible from this location. Staff was very helpful, room clean and breakfast was the usual. Definately 5 stars.
Staff was excellent but rooms were outdated and breakfast was the same every morning and not very good.
stayed here several time, room was clean staff was nice had a great time
This was a great place to get a good night of rest. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were asking questions about Gatlinburg.
The location is great, right down to the center of town. The morning breakfast is very nice and Included with your stay. The workers were happy that we stayed there,
Had a great stay
GOOD AND CLEAN .
Clean rooms, good service and nice location.
Nice place, clean. Needed to ask for extra towel.
My wife and daughters were there for the weekend and felt very welcome. The food was fresh and hot. We will be back.
Nice clean room, good amenities, front desk friendly and accommodating
Good motel room
Our family had a great stay , staff was very friendly. The kids loved the two types of pool and the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again.
We always use this hotel, twice a year.
The shower had very little water pressure and took awhile to get barely warm
We love the location of the hotel, walking distance for everything you want to see downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and staff are friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families traveling Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very clean, roomy, very nice hot tub in room big plus, good location, close to everything
building was clean
It had everything we needed for a quick getaway to rest and relax. The hot tub in the room and the indoor pool kept the kids entertained while we rested.
We enjoyed our stay. My 5 year old loved the indoor pools.
Had a hard time getting my room straight through corporate reservations. But my check in manager went out of his why to help us the hotel was GREAT 😎
Nice clean hotel. With comfy beds.
We were very happy, good breakfast big, clean room, comfy beds/ pillows. Friendly staff. Pool was heated, and clean. Would stay again.
clean & friendlt
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The indoor pools were nice to relax in at the end of the day. Love the area, just a short walk to downtown and many of the attractions. Definitely would recommend and will return.
Everything was great

nice room, convenient location, nice emmities, nice people working there.
Very clean and centrally located
love this place.. breakfast is awesome pool is awesome and the suite we stayed in was awesome as well
price was right...
Fantastic location and friendly staff. Only complaints we found a few beer bottle caps on the floor in the room and the pool was freezing but the lazy river was warm. Will consider booking here again.
Hotel was easy to find, location was within walking distance to down town. we loved that!! :) Room was clean and comfortable, a little hot when we first got there, but the AC cooled it off by the time we returned. the only toilet tissue was what was left on the roll. Hind site I should have asked for another roll. Service was great for the most part, but we were locked out of our room after the first day. Our reservations were for 2 nights, but after 11 on the first day our room key no longer worked. it was extremely inconvenient because i needed to pee REALLY bad when we got back from touring the city and we couldn't get into our room. I had to go all the way back down to lobby and wait for desk clerk to check our reservation and reset keys. AND no, there is not a rest room near the lobby! I asked :) And one other issue. our neighbor's alarm clock went off for well over an hour on our second morning, beginning around 7am. This was inconvenient as well because we were hoping to sleep late and be rested for our drive home.
Amenities at this hotel are the best. the hotel staffs are very helpful & friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to people who will be visiting this area.
