The girl working the front desk, Aley was so unprofessional. She was too busy flirting with the gentlemen at the desk then help me. Finally I got checked in and when I got to my room my key wasn't working. So I had to go back downstairs and she called me a liar and said I must not know how to open a door. HOW RUDE!!! Like this is my first experience at a hotel with a key card. I am traveling medical consultant. I have been to over a 100 hotels in the past month. So instead of re-keying my card she just handed it back to me and told me to go try it again and if it didn't work this time then she would take care of it. Excuse me? Did she really just tell me to go back up the stairs from where I just had come from after the longest check in I've ever had, plus I have been traveling all day. I'm exhausted. But she wants me to go try again so she can play grab aSS with some drunk construction worker. This girl should not be working customer service.
Other then that the guy who came on after her was super friendly and helpful. It was almost 2 am and he came and fixed my TV for me and brought me extra towels. He was very respectful and nice. The room was clean and nice. Overall if the hotel didn't have that horrible front desk girl, Aley it would have been a perfect stay. I don't think I will come back while she works there.
