The staff here are on point! We were in town for a special event and we chose this location for its proximity to our event (it's also not too far from Bush Intercontinental). The team happily accommodated our special requests and took the time to steer us away from bad restaurants in the area. One of them was also kind enough to take pictures of us all dressed up. Room rates were reasonable at the time of our booking, but there's currently construction along the main road. Once the construction is done there won't be much to complain about.

Perfect. The rooms are very reasonable and affordable, the pet fee is only $20, and everything is clean. The manager is a very lovely and kind woman. So sweet and accommodating! The area nearby is safe and the location is convenient. Currently, there is construction taking place so the driveway isn't easy to get into but this is a great facility and I would say the best in the area for everything it offers. (And the pool area is nice as well and there is a gazebo to hang out on.) 5/5 stars.

This place was simply amazing! Had a wonderful stay here. The lady at the front desk was so delightful, she had been employed for 15 years at this hotel. The whole hotel smelled great and the room was 1st class. Loved loved loved my stay here. The complimentary breakfast had everything you could want and was very tasty. The hotel had modern decor, so did the room, comfortable bed and sofa. Would highly recommend this Best Western. It is ran like a fine tuned engine. Thank you for having an awesome hotel and taking such pride in your business.

"Good pet friendly hotel"

Good pet friendly hotel. Stop thru for 2 nts. while Mom visits with sister. Second time staying here. Seems like locals come to stay on the weekends, mostly TX plates in the parking lot. Pool was busy entire day into the evening so did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool this time. We will be back!

The Best Western Plus is a PLUS! This Hotel was clean, well managed, and comfortable. I am so glad I booked a stay here. Me and my Husband decided to visit Humble for a much needed getaway and to meet up with an old acquaintance. We were very impressed with the amenities at the Best Western Plus, and the friendly service. All went smooth, even my Husband liked the room, and he doesn't usually sleep comfortably in Hotels. I will definitely recommend this Hotel if anyone I know asks or if anyone out there is looking for a great Hotel stay, you can't go wrong with this one!

the pool is very nice and clean and there are seating areas near. there’s a little gym as well and outside seating areas. the lobby and cafeteria is excellent and so are the rooms. you get a fridge, microwave, and dishrack in your rooms!

. Beds are very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by what a nice hotel. The service was good and staff was friendly.We stayed 3 nights. We receive a very warm reception when we arrived. The front desk staff always had a smile no matter what time of day or night. The property is beautiful and very well kept.
