"Staff was very nice"


We were just there for overnight catching a flight the next morning. Rooms were nice and great breakfast! Shuttle both ways were very prompt. Staff was very nice and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!"

"clean room"


I was really discouraged after trying to book a last minute room in Grand Prairie. It was Friday afternoon and everything in the area was either wildly expensive or just not a safe looking place. We arrived here after booking just minutes before online, and Richard, a member or staff (or manager?) pulled it right up and we found our room quickly. When I regretted booking a smoking room (due to traveling with people who smoke), Richard really kindly facilitated getting us moved to a new room, and we had one in 30 seconds. Any questions I had (and there were many) were answered without missing a beat by Richard. He was extremely courteous and very helpful during our stay, and pretty much saved the whole trip. Thanks Richard! The room: I tend to give rooms a little visual inspection when I book a hotel, and after reading some of the reviews here I decided to give it a look. All I found was a very clean mattress, clean sheets, and a clean room overall. Nothing was out of place or in nonworking order, and I feel like we got a good deal for the money we spent. A member of housekeeping politely and quietly came around to ask if we wanted service.

"Pleasantly Surprised!"


The room first of all was very clean. We loved the location. The staff was excellent. This is our second time staying here. Thanks for amazing stay,we will stay here again. Check in service was friendly and easy. We enjoyed our stay, it was nice and enjoyed here.

"Good hotel"


Being budget hotel I was not expecting much but this hotel was surprise for me and my hubby. Very clean rooms and other hotel area. Quiet location. Breakfast had good options and it was adequate for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had good time. Surely recommended.
