"I always stay here when passing through the area."


I always stay here when passing through the area. One of the few Best Westerns that still has a staff member who will make an omellet for you for breakfast, right there in front of you. Mind you this is not a five star luxury hotel but it gets five stars for what it is and the attentiveness and friendliness of the employees. They are still catching up with the times so they could use a few car charging stations in the parking lot. They've been renovating a lot of the rooms and the new ones don't have wall to wall carpeting anymore and to me that's a good thing but they need to use a dust repelling floor cleaner as they are right off the highway. The parking lot rooms are quiet; don't know about the highway side rooms as I've never stayed in one.

My sister's brought me here for my birthday, it smelled so good,and the people were super friendly, the food was good,and there was a employee to actually make your omelets.. Close to pappadeaux restaurant were the food was delicious and the drinks were lit!!

Clean and tidy rooms Nice and accommodating staff Basic clean and private fitness room that kept me going while on vacation. The 1 attendant at breakfast also worked an entire breakfast crowd by herself!

Really enjoyed the room with the jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was incomplete. There was no omelette station opened, no French toast when I came, and there was a roach crawling around on the coffee station.

Not the best breakfast, but over all a good spot. No complaints. I tend to judge hotels on there breakfast with is a qurick of mine. Breakfast is important to me but not the end all be all. Happy with my stay.

This hotel is pretty cool and it's tucked away from the main roads as well. The best thing here for me, was the breakfast....they got a large selection with a chef that makes you homemade omelets with a variety of veggies and cheeses that you can choose what you want to put in it. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was only two blocks from where we needed be for the three days while in Chicago. If not for our age and arthritis we could have walked. I will definitely stay again when we have more meetings in this area.
