"Desk staff very helpful and friendly"


La Quinta Inn in Wausau Wisconsin was one of THE BEST experiences we've had at a hotel EVER. They were able to book us a room very last minute and were able to accommodate our dog as well, they are very straight forward with pet fees and were one of the few TRUE dog friendly hotels we could find that didn't have hidden rules. The rooms were very clean and so were the pool and hot tub! This hotel has got it going on with it's awesome location, cleanliness, and the AMAZING STAFF (Thank you Joe, Nick, Buck, Kat, Susan, and Therese) it was so refreshing to see their smiling faces and having friendly conversations as we would pass.. it truly is the little things that make it SOO much better. This hotel is going to be our go to when we make our trips up there and I think it should be yours too!!

"Damian and Therese were amazing"


Damian and Therese were amazing. Damian especially put his hospitality to shine, and was a utter delight to work with. I had one negative experience pertaining to one of the hotel worker in my room rooting through my stuff which was jaw dropping but I was at least able to have my phone found when she went into the room the 2nd time. But Damian and Therese were very professional and helpful in resolving the situation would still go back they are amazing people to work with.

"I would stay here again"


This hotel exceeded my expectations, which were pretty low. Price was right. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. My delux room with jacuzzi was very roomy. Breakfast was the only negative. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juices. Very simple. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The front desk staff are very polite and helpful with my questions, the whole staff are delightful to talk! Great location with clean & comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful & kind.
