"Nice hotel . "

I had been to this property before, and to be honest, we came back to patronize the restaurant. We found out the last chef moved (too bad because he made some killer jerk chicken, tacos, and chili), but I must say the current cook nailed the All American Burger and fries - not sure it could have been any better. The establishment is casual, so plan to come in, have a good chat with the bar tender, and take your time. The rooms are always clean, and the place is quiet. Overall, I enjoy staying here, and will continue to return when in town on business. Hopefully the owner focuses more on keeping good people in restaurant because it really is a neat place.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The parking area is well lit at night. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a bar and restaurant on site that features very good food. However, the bar was unable to make many popular drinks due to a lack of ingredients: Tequila Sunrise, Whiskey Sour, Pina Colada and Margarita to name a few. There is a fitness area and an outdoor swimming pool. Spacious conference rooms are available for rent as well.

The desk and maid service was impeccable, the rooms clean and modern, and the location was just perfect. And Christina and Deontay were incredibly helpful and readily available. Hats off to a great team.

" The GM Katie was awesome."

We attended a wedding reception here on 3/26/2022. As most service businesses are currently, they too are understaffed but they truly did an amazing job! The GM Katie was awesome.....and a great bartender!!

"I will be back and recommend that you stop in and give them a try."

We actually went to the bar and grill on site. The food was awesome. Cooked great and super fresh and tasty. The guy who waited on us ( Jose ) was super friendly and knew the menu well. We had our food quickly and was checked in on frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The layout and design is cool and relaxing, while being clean and upbeat with the music and staff interactions. I will be back and recommend that you stop in and give them a try.

Everything about this hotel is awesome, from the rooms, the staff, the food, the bartender! We had our wedding here and working with Ramona was a pleasure. She helped coordinate everything and was in communication with me months in advance to ensure my day was perfect. The food manager, Yvonne, made sure everything was spot on. The bartender. Myranda, was the absolute best. If I ever have a reason to stay at a local hotel again, it will definitely be here and I recommend them to everyone!

"Best location hotel."

It was the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. In comparison to others the staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. The hotel decor is not the regular dingy Holiday Inn decor. Its sort of light and soft. I am sorry that I was not able to take a few pics to add here.

"Hospitality of the staff. "

We are currently in the middle of an extended stay here and there are so many wonderful examples of the hospitality of the staff. The general manager named Eric has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We are taking care of our granddaughter while at the hotel and Eric even helped us properly size the stroller safety straps to buckle her in safely. He will do anything to make his guests feel welcome. He manages everything in the hotel and he succeeds with excellence. This hotel has been our go to hotel since it opened last June. We love it here and won't stay anywhere else when we visit our daughter and granddaughter in Fayetteville.
