I have attended an event at Lux Hotel and Spa Trademark Collection by Wyndham from September 2 -4. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. All restrooms were cleaned. Hotel smelled good. They have very spacious ballrooms and very beautiful banquet rooms. Outside the banquet hall is a huge place with a bar that adds up to the convenience. We had a pool party on Sunday 09/04. There were lots of covered areas for sitting to avoid Texas heat while enjoying your food and beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your future stay and event. Travel group Couple

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice. Very clean. Front desk ladies were very nice. I will definitely be back. Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club. Heard it was nice.

The only drawback is no breakfast, other than that, a freaking awesome experience. Ahab took care of us. I thought that the way we were treated at other Wyndham places was the norm, Ahab, almost made me feel like a VIP! I will always come here from now on.

I was very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms were super small, stuff was rusted and very dusty it was cleaned very thoroughly..On one of the beds, the blanket had stains on it! I called and asked for towels 3 times never received them until I sent my child to the desk to get them. It was holes and scratches on the walls and the ac unit was damaged.

Yesterday I had the best Experience with a lovely lady by the name of Ms Cindy . She was remarkable her customer service and undivided attention to all the customers were second to none. I’m a disabled combat vet these days I’m treated terrible at many places I go , they will change and modify the rules to benefit themselves somehow and i am so sick of how My family has to suffer. Yesterday I had the worst day and I just wanted to give up on life and go under a bridge but I needed a place for my family to rest at When you have 6 little eyes looking up at you asking you “ Dad do we have a place to sleep yet” you kind of have to keep one foot in front of the other no matter how slippery the slope is. Most places i tried close to my kids school were nasty at outrageous rates and out of the 5 places I tried 3 of them only took cash because “ machines were down” ( everytime there’s an event machines go down at those shady stinky hotels I can’t stand ) the other booked me 30 days and I couldn’t even walk in the lobby without a smell a god awful smell , and trash every where . So I never even walked in the room because I didn’t wanna haul up my luggage AGAIN . I checked in smelled it all then I walked out told my wife , she walked in lobby and walked right out , and said NOPE not with the boys . The lady said “your still gunna be charged for the night” . ESA Arlington That place was so bad I just took the L, this was NOT a safe place for my family but was charged anyways The fifth one I booked online and because I did I couldn’t get the refund back but I showed up and Ms Cindy was able to get me booked in with my original reservation and this place is super AMAZING inside and out . Security outside means Small business owners like myself can rest easy knowing your equipment won’t be stolen . I have an open bed truck and I was missing NOT ONE THING. Ms Cindy deserves a humanity award or something because she could have easily taken advantage of my situation. I was so desperate for a place to stay I would have paid any price but she ensured My family of 5 had a place to lay our heads. I WONT EVER FORGET WHAT SHE DID FOR MY FAMILY! I AM FOREVER IN LUXs’ DEBT AND I WILL DO FREE LAWN WORK FOR THE TEAM HERE OR SOMETHING TO REPAY LUX! I highly recommend this place . They honor military discount , it’s non smoking , and you really feel a sense of security during your stay! I had no where to go , 600 homes on the market I’m ready now for IMMEDIATE MOVE IN all of them have 6-10 applications already ! I’ll be staying here as long as I can , even if I have to check in and out daily . I was very grateful to have chosen this place that still believes in customer first. The owner and management here are lucky to have someone like her be the face and front desk runner she’s incredible and goes above and beyond May anyone in my similar situation Be blessed by the great lord almighty and be given peace patience and strength to endure any trial Keep your head up.

We came to Arlington to see the Astros play at Globe Field. The hotel was perfect. It is just a couple of miles away from the ballpark. The staff is very friendly. The pool is small but comfortable. The on-site Restaurant/Bar can be a bit loud but otherwise an overall good hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The lady working the front desk is who made our experience a good one! Very nice and welcoming! I didnt have enough points to stay 2 nights so on the second night, she let me keep the room for the discounted price I paid the night before. She did not have to do this, but I am very grateful for her generosity. The lady who cleaned rooms on the 4th floor yesterday was so sweet and we were satisfied with the way she seemed very happy to do whatever we wanted done in the room. Rooms are very nice and clean, well kept up! I will be coming back again. If you plan a trip to Six Flags over TX in Arlington. TX like we did, make sure to book a room here!

The room was amazing! Very clean and very nice. The only downfall is that it is impossible to reach the front desk. I tried calling from my room for 10 minutes at one point and never got anyone. I tried 3 different times during my stay and never got a single person to answer the phone. You will either need to go down to the front desk and speak in person or expect zero assistance on anything if you have questions.

The man at the front desk allowed me to check-in early so that I could decorate and have a few family members help me with my surprise. This hotel is the absolute best getaway I have ever been too! The staff is so nice and helpful! 24 hour gift shop! Laundromat was an excellent perk! We left our Chromecast plugged into the TV upon check out and we called the hotel and the EXCEPTIONAL STAFF went personally to the room and got it and held it for us to pick up! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I’ve worked and stayed in different hotels throughout my adult life but this hotel was by far one of the best. My family and I where in Arlington for a Graduation and Stayed here. Not only was checking in easy but so was checking out. I asked receptionist if we could stay close to our other family and she put us next to them. What I loved the best is all the things available in the hotel. We have teenagers so the game room was the best, I wished I would of had time for a little pedicure but it was all there. Restaurant, bar,game room, salon, massage, game room. I’m definitely staying here on my trips to Arlington. Thank you LUX HOTEL and staff for a great stay! ❤️👌

Full free breakfast. No bacon though. My toddler loved running around the downstairs area and even had an arcade. Closer to the ballpark than I expected. Had a nice gift shop. Great price. Thank you!

This hotel location is great for going to Cowboys games. They have a shuttle service that is pain free. Complimentary breakfast and an awesome pool. Their staff took amazing care of us, even after a snafu with our reservation and room A/C. Always coming back here on our annual Cowboy opener trip👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful. The room was comfortable, but had a few details that needed to be addressed. Bathroom had a cracked plastic piece on the toilet, wallpaper pealing, only 1 coffee pack. Overall stay was good, just some things I noticed.

Nice hotel, stayed on 5th floor. No noise. Room smelled kind of musty, and the only other thing was the toilet. It was not clean. Housekeeping just didn't do a good job since hair, etc was left there. The cost was good for the room. Also, we expected the breakfast to be coffee and muffins, but wow it was a full breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, all kind of juice, Danish. pretty nice!

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it is conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is the air freshener in the hallways. Far to strong but definitely not enough to keep me from staying here again. Great establishment!

Hotel was nice, near and smelled clean. We were minutes away from AT&T stadium! Downfall was the service at the bar. Took forever to get our order, in which we got impatient and went back up to our room. As far as the room goes, they were nice but both beds were full sized and the pillows weren't that comfy... bring your own.

Now this is truly an unexpected diamond! Super helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and all at a very reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever EXCEPT the sign outside does NOT do it justice. The deteriorating, hard to see sign kinda suggests it could be anything but a diamond. Really need to replace that when you can. Thank you for a very comfortable room and nice people who were kind and helpful!
